Application	Antihuman globulin is used directly and indirectly. In the direct anti-human globulin test, the anti-red blood cell antibody that sticks to this cell in the body’s environment is identified. Autoantibodies against red blood cells, maternal antibodies against the fetus in neonatal hemolytic disease, and alloantibodies during blood transfusion are among these. In the indirect anti-human globulin test, the anti-red blood cell antibodies that stick to these cells in Bronton’s environment are identified. Unwanted antibody against red blood cell and crossmatch are among these.
